Choc Peanut Bliss Balls

about 3 smart points each (if you make 18), or make them smaller for 2 points. 

60 grams rolled oats (lightly toasted if you have time)

200 grams medjool dates, pitted

2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter

2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

1/2 cup dessicated cocoa (toasted if you have time) (for rolling)

Process the oats in food processor until fine, add the dates, peanut butter, Cocoa and 2 Tablespoons Water, process until mixture comes together is sticky and well combined.

Using slightly damp hands, (to stop them sticking) Roll into 18 balls (about 3 teaspoons in each ball), coat in coconut and refrigerate.
